Plenty of people tell us they put off booking because they weren’t sure what would happen. So here it is, step by step.

Before you arrive

When you book, you’ll be sent a short online intake form. It asks about your health history, what’s been going on and what you’d like to get back to doing. Filling it in at home saves time on the day.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. If you have recent scans or reports, bring them along.

Visit 1: your comprehensive assessment

Your first appointment is booked as a 30-minute visit. It includes:

  • A conversation. What’s happening, how long it’s been going on, what makes it better or worse, and your goals.
  • A thermography scan. Our Thermpix camera captures thermal images of your spine. Nothing touches you and there’s no radiation. AI-assisted analysis highlights temperature patterns that suggest areas of stress.
  • A physical exam. We feel how each part of your spine is moving and run neurological and orthopaedic tests.
  • X-rays, only if clinically required. We have X-ray in-house, so if you need them, there’s no separate trip.

Visit 2: your report of findings

This is where it all comes together. We sit down with you and explain:

  • what your scans, X-rays and exam show, in plain English
  • why your symptoms may have been coming back
  • what we recommend, how long it’s likely to take, and what it will involve

You’re welcome to bring your partner or anyone involved in your healthcare decisions. When the people closest to you understand your care, it makes it easier to stay on track.

Will I be adjusted on the first day?

Usually we wait until we’ve reviewed all your results together. That way your care is based on what we’ve found, not a guess.
